About the Book Cover
This beautifully designed book cover is more than a work of art — it’s a design created out of love. Three of Brenda Dutton O’Quin’s high school friends decided to collaborate on the cover design by including meaningful colors and symbols.
Susan Welch Powell, Suzanne Miller Winton, and Ann Harrington Mitchell, along with Brenda, attended the yearly Taos Watercolor Workshop in Taos, New Mexico, organized by Susan Bond. It was a perfect place to reflect and create this beautiful cover.
